Excellence in everything — every detail is deliberate.
The thinking behind the pretty pictures.
Art direction is the job of making everything agree — the logo, the photography, the type, the edit, and the small details nobody can name but everybody feels, all pulling the same way. We set that direction early and hold it the whole way through, so the finished thing looks deliberate rather than assembled.
In practice that means taking a project end to end, or dropping into your team to steer the look. We brief the illustrators and photographers, cut the film, draw the logo and sweat the kerning — whatever keeps one idea intact from first sketch to final artwork. Twenty-odd years in means we usually know which corners matter and which don't. To talk about yours, get in touch.
Bands, broadcasters and the culture beat — music videos, title sequences, channel idents and artist identities, built to move and make a bit of noise.
Art direction for publishers, podcasts and the press — logotypes, thumbnail systems and on-screen furniture that keep a title looking like itself across every episode and edition.
The rest of the range — brands, campaigns and one-offs from other corners, each given the same single-minded treatment: one clear idea, run right through.
