Visualising AI-driven services for a visionary future

NEOM is an urban destination project in Saudi Arabia.

In 2021, I was brought on by Infosys to collaborate with their consultants and Futuresight - a team of researchers and behavioural scientists — to help visualise the AI-driven future of shared services across the NEOM ecosystem.

I initially worked on three concept films that explored the recruitment and onboarding journey, the experience of establishing a new business within NEOM, and a speculative vision of what work and life there might look like in the future.

I ended up producing multiple films for NEOM with Infosys, contributing to the project's broader communication strategy and helping bring its ambitious vision to life through visual storytelling.

Onboarding — Infosys x NEOM Film

In partnership with Infosys, I updated the ‘Onboarding’ film to reflect the latest process — providing a clearer, more accurate visualisation of the AI-driven onboarding experience for NEOM, Saudi Arabia’s ambitious urban development project.

RNEOM Cognitive Platform — Infosys x NEOM Film

In 2022, I was commissioned by Infosys to produce a short film exploring how NEOM’s tech arm is shaping a cognitive ecosystem — where AI, machine learning, and analytics come together to power a new kind of responsive, intelligent urban experience.

Work & Life — Infosys x NEOM Film

A short film illustrating the work–life balance possibilities envisioned as part of NEOM’s future-forward urban design.

New Tenant — Infosys x NEOM Film

The second film I created for NEOM walked viewers through the process of how Infosys's Ai-driven, shared services could support new tenants in setting up and operating a business within NEOM emerging infrastructure.

Recruitment & Onboarding — Infosys x NEOM Film

‘Recruitment & Onboarding’ was the first in a series of concept films I developed for NEOM — the visionary urban project taking shape in Saudi Arabia.

Commissioned by Infosys, I collaborated with their consultants and the Futuresight team — a group of researchers and behavioural scientists — to craft a visual narrative exploring how AI might shape the future of shared services at NEOM.

This project drew on a wide range of my creative and technical skills — from concept development and storyboarding to motion design, animation, and editing. I worked across tools such as After Effects, Illustrator, and PhotoShop to bring the consultant's abstract ideas to life with clarity and visual impact, translating complex AI-driven processes into engaging, human-centred narratives.

Shared Services Ai Ui — NEOM

The UI for NEOM’s AI-powered shared services system was designed to make complex workflows feel simple and human-centred. Adaptive layouts, contextual prompts, and modular components provided clarity across scenarios such as onboarding, tenant services, and daily planning. The design balances futuristic AI capability with usability — creating an interface that feels intelligent, approachable, and seamlessly integrated into daily life.
