Answering the call from Carphone Warehouse

Collaborating with Jeremy Hinds again, this time at mobile phone company, Carphone Warehouse.

In the first instance, I was brought in to design and illustrate a small booklet called 'Wow — Ways of working', that Jeremy had conceived to encourage positive working behaviour.

It addressed general etiquette, such as p's and q's, time-keeping, listening, countanance and recognising colleagues but also aided a more entrepreneurial 'think customer' approach.

Co-founder and chairman, Sir Charles Dunstone loved the book and at that stage I was brought in as a more permanant consultant.
